OfficeSupplyCloset offers companies in Romania office equipment, ergonomic furniture, and premium stationery. All products are presented with exact specifications, and orders are placed exclusively through the platform.
The supplier undertakes to deliver the products according to the order, within the agreed timeframe. The client is obliged to verify the stock and pay the amount on time. Any discrepancy must be reported within a maximum of 48 hours from receipt.
OfficeSupplyCloset is not liable for indirect damages caused by improper use of the products. The total liability for an order is limited to its value. We do not offer implied warranties beyond those required by law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any client who violates the terms, including for fraud, non-payment, or abusive use of the platform. Notification will be made in writing, 7 days in advance.
The terms may be updated periodically. Any changes will be announced on the site 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
